What you give us in the diagnosis form: name, business, sector, website or social profile, how enquiries reach you today, approximate volume, what you want to solve, email and phone.

Also some basic visit data: the page language and region, the page you write to us from and, if you arrive from a campaign link, that campaign's reference. If you use the calculator, the figures you enter.

To answer your request, prepare the diagnosis and, if you ask, send you a proposal. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Visit data only tells us which channel you found us through. We don't use it for profiling or advertising.

For as long as it's needed to handle and follow up your request. If we don't end up working together, we delete it once it's no longer needed for that purpose, or earlier if you ask. If you become a client, we keep it for the duration of the relationship and then for as long as tax and commercial law require.

We rely on technology providers (web hosting, request management and communications) acting as data processors. They only access the data they need for their function, under contract and with the safeguards the GDPR requires.

If any of them process data outside the European Economic Area, they do so with the safeguards provided by law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

We don't sell or share your data with third parties, unless required by law.

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict processing, request portability and withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
